INSTRUCTIONS
- COOK PASTA TO AL DENTE. RESERVE 1/2 CUP OF THE PASTA WATER.
- MELT 1 TBSP BUTTER IN A PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
- TEAR OR CUT MUSHROOMS INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES.
- IN BATCHES, SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS IN A SINGLE LAYER UNTIL GOLDEN.
- TRANSFER ALL COOKED MUSHROOMS TO A PLATE UNTIL ALL ARE COOKED.
- ADD ALL COOKED MUSHROOMS BACK TO THE PAN AND ADD GARLIC, SALT AND BLACK PEPPER AND COOK FOR 1 - 2 MINUTES.
- ADD IN HEAVY CREAM, PASTA WATER AND PARSLEY.
- BRING TO A SOFT BOIL AND LET SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.
- ADD IN COOKED PASTA AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 - 3 MINUTES.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH GRATED CHEESE ON TOP.
