INSTRUCTIONS
- MELT BUTTER IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT.
- ADD MUSHROOMS AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. COOK UNTIL SOFT, ABOUT 3 MINUTES.
- ADD GARLIC, PARSLEY, THYME AND ROSEMARY. SAUTÉ UNTIL FRAGRANT, ABOUT 1 MINUTE.
- STIR IN CREAM AND SIMMER, THEN REDUCE HEAT AND COOK UNTIL SAUCE HAS THICKENED.
- STIR IN CHEESE AND LET MELT.
- SERVER OVER ANYTHING.
