LION'S MANE
OFTEN DESCRIBED AS HAVING A TASTE AND TEXTURE SIMILAR TO CRAB MEAT. THIS MAKES IT A GREAT MEAT REPLACEMENT. IT IS CONSIDERED A FLAVOR SPONGE TAKING ON WHATEVER SEASONINGS YOU COOK WITH. IT IS A DENSE MUSHROOM RETAINING THE MOST WATER OUT OF ALL THE MUSHROOMS WE GROW BUT CAN EASILY SHRED DOWN TO MAKE CRAB CAKES OR SHREDDED "MEAT" TACOS.

USED LIKE LION’S MANE BUT WILL STORE LONGER WITHOUT THE GROWING BITTERNESS. THEY HAVE A PEPPERY TASTE THAT ONLY BECOMES APPARENT AFTER A FEW SECONDS AFTER EATING AND HAVE MORE OF A LOBSTER FORWARD FLAVOR. AS THEY ARE VERY DELICATE, THE MUSHROOMS COOK QUICKLY SOFTENING SOON AFTER BEING HEATED.
LION'S MANE

Often described as having a taste and texture similar to crab meat. This makes it a great meat replacement. It is considered a flavor sponge taking on whatever seasonings you cook with. It is a dense mushroom retaining the most water out of all the mushrooms we grow but can easily shred down to make crab cakes or shredded "meat" tacos. 
CONIFER CORAL

Used like Lion’s Mane but will store longer without the growing bitterness. They have a peppery taste that only becomes apparent after a few seconds after eating and have more of a lobster forward flavor. As they are very delicate, the mushrooms cook quickly softening soon after being heated.
