Lion’s Mane Filet

INGREDIENTS
1/2 LB LION'S MANE
BUTTER, OIL OR FAT OF YOUR CHOOSING
MINCED GARLIC TO TASTE
INSTRUCTIONS
- SLICE LION'S MANE INTO 1/4 INCH FILETS.
- DRY SAUTÉ OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES TO REMOVE EXCESS      MOISTURE.
- REMOVE THE MUSHROOMS AND RESERVE.
- HEAT BUTTER IN THE PAN.
- ADD THE GARLIC AND SAUTÉ UNTIL FRAGRANT.
- ADD LION'S MANE BACK TO THE PAN AND BASTE UNTIL GOLDEN.
